1. The super-energy air-cooled surface treatment special chiller draws cold air through itself and discharges hot air. The heat dissipation does not require an external heat dissipation tower. The main machine adopts Sanyo ,Copeland compressor imported from Europe, America and Japan, built-in safety protection, reliable operation, high efficiency, low noise, power saving and durable, long service life.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with high-precision digital display, can accurately control the water temperature ± 1 ℃. The set temperature range is 3～50℃, the number is adjustable, and can be set arbitrarily.
3. Equipped with open stainless steel thick insulation box, built-in automatic water replenishment, automatic temperature control.
4. The condenser of the water chiller adopts a bushing type, with an internally threaded copper tube. The design is reasonable and the heat exchange efficiency is high.
5. The air-cooled unit heat dissipation and cold row are arranged by the upward row of tube of the warping piece. The manufacturing process uses the secondary flanging warping mechanical tube expansion process and the first-generation heat exchanger production line to ensure high quality and high efficiency.
6. Static spray plastic shell, European design, beautiful and delicate, durable. The exterior panel adopts quick disassembly and assembly form, which is convenient for use and maintenance. Side air intake and side air exhaust, good heat dissipation performance. With casters, it is more convenient to move.
The industrial chiller could be cooperated with the plating rectifier to finished the anodizing electroplating.
