Main Technical Features
1. High-power high-frequency switching power supply uses multiple modules in parallel.
2. The control of each module adopts the advanced RS485 network control system, and the control precision is high. Because it is digital control, the control signal has no attenuation, and the remote control can reach up to 1.2KM.
3. The automatic current sharing technology is adopted between each module. The external controller sets a certain current. The system distributes the current evenly to all the unit modules below, and the current sharing coefficient between each module is within 1%.
4. Each module is exactly the same. When replacing the module, just dial the address code and the same module that needs to be replaced.
5. Each module has the function of hot plugging, which means that the replacement module can be replaced without stopping the machine, which does not affect the user's production.
6. High-power high-frequency switching power supply can be designed with N+X redundant standby system. Under normal circumstances, all module units are involved in the work. Once one of the modules fails, the system automatically withdraws the faulty unit, and other modules share the fault. The unit current keeps the total output voltage and current constant, and the faulty module can be taken out for maintenance, which greatly improves the reliability of the power supply.
7. The internal circuit board adopts three anti-sludges which are acidified by salt spray, which makes the electronic components less susceptible to environmental corrosion and the products are durable.
