1.Environment and working conditions:
Ambient temperature: 0 ~ 40 ºC;
Relative humidity: ≤85% (20 ºC) (outdoor type may allow 95%);
Power supply frequency: 50Hz ± 5%;
Supply voltage: 380V ± 10%;
Altitude: not more than 1000m;
The equipment should be operated without conductive or explosive dust, non-corrosive metal or damaging the insulated gas or vapor.
(1)The equipment should be running smoothly, all kinds of switching action should be flexible and reliable.
(2)Equipment flow, head at the rated frequency, should not be less than 5% of the design value.
(3)Constant pressure accuracy. The pressure adjustment accuracy should be less than or equal to 0.01MPa.
(4)Limited pressure control. When the inlet water pressure drops to the limit pressure, the equipment should automatically stop running, or decelerate, or convert to water from the tank within 30 s.
(5)Noise Equipment, the normal operation of the noise generated should not be greater than the matching pump unit noise. Equipment normal operation noise: single power 2.2kW below not more than 55dB (A), 3 ~ 15kW not more than 75dB (A).
(6)Continuous operation test. Equipment continuous operation test, a variety of actions, functions should be normal operation.
(7)Protection function. Equipment should have overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, overcurrent, lack of fault alarm and automatic protection function. The recoverable fault should be automatically or manually eliminated and resume normal operation.
